I absolutely love being a chiropractor! I feel really lucky to have found chiropractic at a young age.  I was inspired by my parents who taught me the importance of healthy eating and lifelong movement and exercise which are essentials for vibrant health.  I now share this with my two beautiful children Amber and Finley.

Through my education I understand that the body is a self-healing and self-regulating organism – the reason the spine is so important is because it protects the brain and spinal cord.  If there is interference to the messages between the brain and the body there is less healing and inefficient regulation of interconnected body functions. 

​

It’s fantastic to be able to help babies, children and adults be free of symptoms, express better health and live a more vibrant life through gentle adjustments to their nervous system.

Many people come to us initially looking for relief from symptoms, which we are certainly good at helping people with. However I feel our most satisfying and worthwhile work comes with helping people and their families (and extended families!) work towards a more vibrant healthy life when they decide to continue their care with regular check-ups for their spine and nervous system.

​

Another inspiration to me has been chiropractor Neil Davies who has been a great friend and mentor.  Neil has developed the NeuroImpulse Protocol, a cutting edge method of allowing us to precisely diagnose patterns of interference to the nervous system which I am now really pleased to be able to share with our associate chiropractors and osteopaths, physical therapists, students and professionals.

My husband Steve and I work together to grow and nurture our team of chiropractors,  NIP practitioners, massage therapists and chiropractic assistants so that we can reach and help as many families as possible through our Chiropractic Health centre  in Braunton, North Devon.
