Jo’s body-work journey began in 1999 when she qualified as a massage therapist. From the first moment she placed her hands on a client, she was captivated by the power of touch to restore balance and vitality. That spark led her to broaden her skill-set with:

- Reflexology – using the feet as a map of the entire body

- Clinical Aromatherapy – blending bespoke essential-oil formulas to deepen relaxation and healing

- Manual Lymphatic Drainage – supporting detoxification and immune resilience

- Energy Therapies – Reiki, Theta Healing and Shamanic practices that address the mind-body-spirit connection

Over two decades later Jo’s enthusiasm is stronger than ever, especially since finding her professional “home” at Vibrant Life Centre. She’s delighted to be part of a like-minded team that lives and breathes whole-person care. Working within our V8 programme, Jo weaves her expertise into a larger tapestry of NIP spinal adjustments, BrainTap neuro-training and transformational nutrition. Together, this integrated approach takes health recovery to the next level for guests who are battling low energy, chronic pain or stress-related conditions.
