Caro joined the Vibrant Life team in 2018 after completing a higher education diploma in alternative therapies including soft tissue, craniosacral, mysofascial and joint mobilisation techniques.  Caro was amazed by the effectiveness of the care given at Vibrant Life and has been a passionate advocate ever since joining.

Caro combines her training and experience in Articular joint mobilisation, craniosacral therapy and neuromuscular techniques to offer exceptional spinal and body care to those looking for help to improve their health and wellbeing.

 As well as helping our guests with their health and wellbeing Caro has taken on the role of senior therapist and is actively involved in coaching and teaching our other team members to help bring out the best in them.
